A cozy stay with helpful staff

Every morning, the breakfast spread surprised us with good options including fresh vegetables and pastries. The modern room design.

Unfortunately, noise traveled through the thin walls, leading to sleepless nights. The lack of functional air conditioning.

Decent and different food.

It is perfect place to stay, the food is decent, and location is GOOD very near centre of Prague walkin distance. The breakfast is savoury with variety of dishes.

Centre Plaza offered a lovely stay with its friendly staff and convenient breakfast hours. The location provided easy access to the National Museum and great transport options. Just beware of noise from the main street if you’re a light sleeper!

Modern place, we did not want to leave there.

Would come there again, the hotel was immaculately clean, and location to all areas of Prague was good and very suitable. The best part of our pleasant stay was the varied breakfast with potatoes, green beans, all plentiful. We appreciated good service offered.

Nothing maybe the breakfast can be better

The nearby Korea House was a little gem for a Korean feast. Don't sleep on their BBQ! And, the location was perfect for tram access to explore more of Prague. The staff were helpful and responsive.

It cost an extra 5€ for air conditioning that should just be part of the deal! Coffee cream in the room but no coffee? Who's running the show here?

Good location, 10 min walk from Wazclaw square

We had to change the room because in the one we were first given the door lock was broken, shower gel bottle was absent, dirty spots on the floor, windows 2 meters above the floor (the second room was better). Safe box in the room and city map were charged additionally

Best thing - this is localization. Then on the breakfast was good cake and bread.

Shower in our friends room do not work (low water pressure) and toilet was smely (room 203), washbasin on our bathroom (room 201) has problems with water outlet. At the reception we have felt like thiefs (payment in advance, close checking all ID's) and on the check-out we have to wait till room-service check our rooms. Meybe we stole glass???

I loved the 24-hour reception and in-room breakfast. Room was too warm at night.

good room, staff weren't very friendly. Got charged for extras and things from the mini bar even though we hadnt taken anything.

extras such like sat cave and steam room are not included in the room price which isnt explained before you go.

breakfast could be better, on the tv there were only 5 channel and no world cup television;-(

For dads, it would be great if breakfast offered more hot options.

Recommended for those just needing a place to sleep

The wifi was strong in the room! I enjoyed the spa area, felt great after a long day. Really helped me unwind.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.
